Position – Bid Management (Process Developer)

Exciting opportunity for a pre-sales professional having 2+ years of relevant experience.

You will have a good knowledge in the research and will be responsible for proposals preparation and bid management.

Shift – 1p.m – 10 p.m

Responsibilities –

  1. Gaining a good understanding of the client’s requirements.
  2. Creating proposals and presentations as per the company branding standards.
  3. Delivering on effective communication strategy.
  4. Managing the content for the proposals to comply with the best-practices.
  5. Troubleshooting by resolving any discrepancies during the proposal or presentation development process.
  6. Analyzing the competitive landscape and providing the relevant insights to the sales team.

Requirements –

  1. Graduation or Post-Graduation from a reputed institution with 2+ years of pre-sales and bid management process experience.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.
  3. Good MS – Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
  4. Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as in high-performing teams.
  5. High degree of cognitive flexibility to juggle between competing priorities.
