Position - Program Lead (Business Development) - IT/ITes - Remote - (5 - 7 years)

Looking out for a business development / sales Program Manager with 5+ years of experience.

You will be responsible for strategizing, planning and overseeing the execution of sales programs for business development representatives.

Location - Permanently Remote

Responsibilities - 

  1. Strategizing and planning for the regional programs aligned well with the marketing and sales strategies.
  2. Developing goals and programs in advance for the sales teams.
  3. Defining the target market, undertaking segmentation, creating user personas, go-to-market strategy and the messaging for the target segments.
  4. Undertaking an integrated approach to business development including marketing and sales.
  5. Defining the type of resources to be deployed for program implementation.
  6. Optimizing the program performance to meet the larger goals of the organization.
  7. Using data insights to drive the programs and achieve the dollar outcomes expected by the organization.
  8. Creating content for collaterals like call scripts, battlecards, email templates and outreach scenarios.

Requirements - 

  1. Graduation/ Post-Graduation from atop tier institute with 5+ years of relevant sales program management experience.
  2. Good understanding of SAAS go-to-market strategies and SAAS selling models.
  3. Demand generation skills and experience in multi-channel integrated approach for execution.
  4. Prior experience in business development and sales especially in SMB with average deal size of USD 10,000.
