Program Manager -Marketing-E-commerce- Bengaluru– (3-6 years of experience)
An exciting opportunity for a professional having 3+ years of experience for sourcing of driver pool to facilitate the supply chain for new business lines; and will be responsible for new city expansions. The person will be responsible to invent the right marketing levers based on the geography, and target population to build the driver pool for the program.

Responsibilities:
1.Understanding the current bottle necks in creating driver pool
2. Benchmarking with IC to understand emerging trends/best practices from the industry
3. Inventing/discovering means to build driver pool across cities
4. Communicating with key stakeholders
5. Being conscious about spend for every driver onboarded.
6.Having Experience in using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvement.
8.Having Experience in building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
9.Having Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
Requirements:
1.Any Graduate
2.Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience.
3.Should have a good understanding of the sourcing channels and experience in sourcing delivery partners in a fast-paced environment.
4.Should be able to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders - Sourcing Partners, Operations, Planning, Program and other teams.
5.Should be comfortable with data-based decision making backed by market feedback/anecdotes
6.Should be able to dive deep & get hands dirty to deliver result.
