Looking for a professional having more than 12 years of experience into analysing the requirements of a job opening, HR delivery strategy, operations management, risk management, people management and multiple stakeholder management.

Your Responsibilities:
Analysing and solving moderately complex problems.
Creating new solutions and understanding the strategic direction set by senior management to achieve team goals.
Monitoring and driving team performance and holding monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance.
Interacting upwardly with direct supervisor or team leads.
Handling medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within the organisation.
Skillset Required:

HR Delivery Strategy
Data Analytics
Data Interpretation
Operations Management
HR Reporting and Visualization
