Recruitment Strategy and Operations Manager (US Shifts)

Role: Recruitment Strategy and Operations Manager (US Shifts) (Work from Office)

Your Employer : A global professional services company with leading Management Consulting, Systems Integration and Technology, Business Process Outsourcing, and Application and Infrastructure Outsourcing

The person shall actively build positive, collaborative relationships with client and the company’s Talent Acquisition leadership and delivery team, understand the client’s business priorities and bring Company assets and expertise aligned with these priorities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leading practices, Industry benchmarks and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles

  • Provide leading input for technology configuration (Cloud HRIS – Workday/Success Factors, Taleo or other ATS) and assist in identifying gaps and matching automation opportunities

  • Participate in Global/Local client calls, lead full dress rehearsal preparations before Go Live, provide Hypercare support during Go Live

  • Participate and lead continuous process improvement agenda and share Innovative practices resulting in measurable client value creation

  • Own and manage all process escalations, while working with Global Service delivery teams

           

What you need to have: 

  • Strong TA lead with significant global exposure

  • End to end talent acquisition work from the demand forecasting stages till the onboarding, not into RPO or BPO kind of work at all

  • Should have good stakeholder management and been into TA for a significant portion of their career

  • The client is bringing in a new complex TA model and hence they should be comfortable with a lot of strategic work and not the usual regular operational / transactional work

  • Team size - 10 - 12 + FTE

  • The team will be split into two geographies which is in the US and other smaller countries so they should have some experience around global recruitment more specifically into

  • Shifts: Flexible shifts, till 12AM and then login in terms of the clients

  • Strong stakeholder and good people management; TA COE projects - Setting up projects and new process improvements
