Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in the region
- Identify and target new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services, and exceed customer expectations
- Understand market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, and represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] market in Mumbai
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
