An incredibly great opportunity for a manager professional with 14+ years of experience in generating revenue for the organization with team management skills managing periodic reviews for the team - building schemes for the team - good experience in FMCG/FMCD/Telecom domain.
- One should have good experience in FMCG/FMCD/Telecom domain along with that experience in commodities would be preferred.
- One with revenue generations skills for the territory would be preferred.
- One would be responsible for managing good team size.
- Would be responsible for leading and managing the key account management and sales team for the organization.
- One would be conducting periodic reviews for checking the progress of business.
- One would be designing and running strategic promotional schemes for the customers to enhance revenue.
- Should have the experience of increasing pan coverage and sales.
- Would be responsible for managing monthly budget for the team.
- B. Tech/Master's degree from premium institutes will be preferred.
- One should have strong experience in the domain of sales and should also have strong analytical skills.
- Should have the experience of working with cross functional teams with stake holder management.
- One should have great team management skills.
- One should have active listening and negotiation skills.
