Regional Sales Manager - Commodity/General Merchandise/FMCG - Mumbai – 12+ years
Location: Mumbai
An incredibly great opportunity for a manager professional with 12+ years of experience in generating revenue for the organization with team management skills managing periodic reviews for the team - building schemes for the team - good experience in FMCG/ Telecom / General Merchandise/ Commodities sales & Distribution .

Responsibilities:
One would be responsible for managing the P& L of the Geography.
Would be responsible for directly managing a large team with at least 6 direct reportees and indirectly managing the key account management and sales team for the organization
One would be conducting periodic reviews for checking the progress of business.
One would be designing and running strategic promotional schemes for the customers to enhance revenue
Should have the experience of increasing pan coverage and sales.
Would be responsible for managing monthly budget for the team.
Requirements:
Master's degree from premium institutes preferably in Operations, Sales & Marketing.
One should have strong experience in the domain of sales and should have strong analytical skills.
Should have the experience of working with cross-functional teams with stakeholder management
One should have great team management skills.
One should have active listening and negotiation skills
