Sales Leader (Branded Content) - Media/Advertising/Social Impact - Delhi/NCR - 6+ years

Location - Delhi (On-site)

Looking out for a sales professional coming in with at least 6+ years of relevant experience into branded content sales or fund raising experience in the media, advertising or social impact (NGO) space.

You will be responsible for driving the sales and profitability from a dedicated set of industry verticals at a pan-India level.

Responsibilities - 

  1. Building solid relationships with the corporate cause marketing functions, large CSR teams or foundations to attain large-scale campaigns. 

  2. Building and developing commercial and strategic partnerships with brands and agency partners.

  3. Negotiating partnership deals and encouraging and supervising any collaborations with partner brands.

  4. Establishing the firm as a thought leader in CSR, development, sustainability eco-system for IPs and campaigns with the marketing and editorial teams, participating in relevant events, applying for awards and more. 

  5. Managing multi-functional teams, educating and sensitizing them on various social sector issues.

  6. Conceptualizing digital led strategies and solutions to address client/brand requirements. 

  7. Managing and developing the key accounts to increase the wallet share. 

  8. Developing clear and consistent strategies to achieve the company stated business goals and revenue targets while ensuring a healthy funnel of opportunities at all times. 

Requirements -

  1. Graduation/Post-graduation with 6+ years of relevant corporate/B2B sales experience in digital media industry or someone having an experience of working in the impact consulting, impact investing or CSR projects space. 

  2. Creative communicator with good written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Ability to conceptualize for branding and marketing opportunities as well as designing media-led CSR solutions. 

  4. Good story-telling or concept selling skills as well as having good CSR, agency or client connect.

  5. Experience in developing brand and marketing strategies as well as recommending the best practices.
