Sales Leader – Hunting – ITES – Singapore& Dubai

Urgent Hiring for a sales professional with minimum 12 years of experience in selling AI solutions like Data engineering services, AIML and Data Analytics across multiple domains across Consumer Goods, BFSI and technology.

Location – Singapore & Dubai

  • Responsible for Go to Market initiatives across industries within the SEA/Asian business unit

  • Managing set of SEA/ASEAN Clients for Sales and Account Management and scale the overall relationship

  • Acting as the SPOC for your clients for future business and relationship management

  • Identifying and driving white space growth with the region

  • Managing CXO relations at your clients and Generate C-level leads through professional networking and conducting telephone-based, face-face, or virtual sales meetings.

  • Convert opportunities through consultative selling, manage the full negotiation and close process, and handle the transition of these accounts to the respective Engagement Manager


  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Sales and / or Delivery for SEA/ASEAN clients

  • Proven deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda

  • Proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experience

  • Hands-on experience on selling to clients in either Consumer Good, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences

  • Must have experience selling Data Analytics, AIML, Data Engineering type services

  • Ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals

  • Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience
