Salesforce Support Lead- (10+ years)
An exciting opportunity for a professional having atleast 10+Years of Salesforce experience. The candidate must be having implementation and maintenance experience of Salesforce customizations including configuration, custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows process builder and validation rules.
Location: Mumbai/ Pune

Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce applications.
Resolving tickets in timely manner within SLA
Ensuring the best possible solution & quality of an application
Managing communication with stakeholder and other parties
Maintaining Continuous Integration
Requirements:
Candidate should have atleast 10+Years of Salesforce experience.
Team handling of atleast 3-4yrs is a must.
Implementation and maintenance of Salesforce customizations including configuration, custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows process builder and validation rules.
Configure page layouts, Reporting Snapshots, Roles & Profiles, Permission Sets, Custom Permissions, FLS and Sharing Rules
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, protocols, application configuration and help-related materials for users as applications are developed
Manage and address production support issues.
Experience in migrating data using data loader
Deploy changes to production.
Certifications Preferred: Platform App Builder, Administrator , Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification would be a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Lightening component
Hands on experience in Flosum and Auto Rabit.
