Responsibilities -
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and expense arrangements to ensure seamless support for senior leaders.

- Preparing accurate and timely MIS reports on a weekly and monthly basis to support operational decision-making.
- Maintaining and updating operational documents, records, and files, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company processes.
- Prioritizing multiple tasks effectively, executing them with attention to detail, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements -
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage calendars, travel, and expenses.
- Experience in preparing accurate MIS reports on time.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
