Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiating Offer Requests by Onboarding tool
  • Co-coordinating with Recruiters/HRBPs/ Other Stake Holders for accurate information and follow ups while doing the audit for received offer request.
  • Previewed, validated, and released Offer letters to candidates with highest accuracy
  • Candidates will be the part of our HR Onboarding team
  • Manage the induction and onboarding process as per the policy.
  • Manage employee grievances related to onboarding by coordinating with the recruiter.
  • Draft and manage communication for the onboarding process for new joiners
  • Manage and collect the required documents.
  • Maintain and update the MIS records and HRMS tool
  • Preparing for Pre-joining processes and onboard candidatesRequired Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-6 years of relevant payroll and HR Operations experience (preferably of a start-up organization)
  • Good Communication and Presentable skills
  • Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of HR operations including Policies, process, and employee benefits
  • Looking for an immediate joiner

  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful and possess a can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability and desire to follow-up with others to help them be organized and stay on track.
  • Dependability with a strong work ethic is a must. (Must be friendly but also focused on results.)
  • Strong customer / employee focus skills, required.
  • Must be diplomatic and proactive in keeping onboarding efforts moving forward.
  • Must take pride in your work and have a desire to take ownership of the role.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel are
  • required.

  • English oral and written proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
