Talent Acquisition- Sourcing Specialist – Non-IT
Location – WFH / Permanent Remote

Implement talent acquisition strategy for mandates in India.
Source talent in line with business requirements and ensure high profile conversion.
Tightly manage stakeholders and recruitment process to provide closures within 3 business weeks of receiving a new requisition.
Provide closures within the specified budget.
Maintain accurate data of own position and actively contribute in organizational processes (i.e. management reporting, campus hiring etc.)
Actively participate in any other HR ad-hoc task.
If selected for Assistant Manager profile, people management responsibilities will be part of the role.
4-8 years of experience in managing sourcing with expertise in recruiting for India region for Research hiring
Exceptional ability in conducting deep web searches (Boolean, x-ray)
Proficiency in using India & APAC specific sourcing tools and social media
Extensive experience in head-hunting and tapping passive candidates (maintaining relationship, analysing social network activity etc.)
Experience in KPO / Consulting will be an added advantage
