Senior Manager – IT Talent Acquisition– (12+ Years exp.)

 

Leadership job opportunity inBangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai for a professional holding at least 12+ years' experience as Talent Acquisition Leader overallyears of experience. You will use your experience to lead the Talent Acquisition and also involved with stakeholders closely. We are looking for a strategic leader who can manage the portfolio of responsibility that encompasses all aspects Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

  • One with core exposure of Tech/Analytics hiring

    would be preferred.

  • One with great people management experience would be preferred.

  • One would be managing end to end IT hiring like Full stack, Big Data, Cloud

    hiring.


Location:Bangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complete Talent Acquisition activities across different business lines

    in IT domain.

  • Acting as single point of contact for business leaders and analyzing their Business needs in Talent Acquisition.

  • Responsible for strategizing, creating, organizing and implementing new and enhanced recruitment process to drive efficiency.

  • Responsible for developing and overseeing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.

  • Responsible for leading end to end IT/Analytical hiring.

  • Conceptualizing and implementing critical talent acquisition matrices to measure efficiency and overall cost of staffing.

  • Communicating with senior stakeholders to strength the talent Acquisition practice within the organization.

  • Leveraging the technology to improve the efficiency and productivity with in Talent Acquisition team.

 

Requirements:

  • Should have team management experience as well.

  • Should have hands-on experience of hiring in varied sector, experience in sales hiring

    will be preferred.

  • Should have capability of leading the talent acquisition

    and managing other profiles as well.

  • Should have excellent stakeholder management skills along with great communication skills.

  • Should have proactive approach.

  • Should have excellent project management skills
