Our client is looking for a professional coming from Consulting who’ll be responsible for for program managing the initiatives from central Sales Development team and someone who can plan and strategize to drive sales performance.

• Responsible for planning and strategizing to drive sales performance. Also handling sales strategy ,operations planning, GTM strategy and Market penetration.
• Performing root cause analysis to understand different levers driving results, Monitoring and analysing industry trends and market changes.
• Drive project management through the team and Defining metrics and tracking it end to end to measure the effectiveness of activities.
• Experience of 2+ years (Engineering + MBA background); 1.5 -3 years post MBA
• Experience in sales strategy, GTM strategy, Operation planning
