Senior Manager – ITSM & ITIL – Bangalore (14+ years): Female Candidate

A Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading all shared Infra services for small / medium size markets covering Servers, Compute, Network, Helpdesk & user support, Vendor governance, VIP support, Monitoring Infra service Metrics / Monthly Reporting, Project management activities, etc.

  • 9+ years IT experience (ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma / Quality certifications) and process engineering skills including a thorough experience in managing multi-vendor operations.
  •  Needs to have in-depth understanding of Infra technologies including Server operating systems, back up & storage technologies, LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi technologies, Service measurement & reporting experience.
  • Good at documenting processes, driving improvement projects and manage remote resources (both internal & external) to deliver stable IT Infra services to 9 markets.
  •  Proven track record to execute and deliver IT Service management & Infra operations Programs
  •  Ability to create strong delivery processes and devise effective solutions to mitigate risk, Strong knowledge of ITIL tools and controls, basic to advanced knowledge of server set up, hosting, config management, network design, Storage NAS & SAN, Backup solutions, middleware tools and helpdesk processes and related tools.Focus on Operational Excellence to improve the reliability, availability and quality for the services utilized by customers


  • MBA or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline
  • 14 years of total work experience into service management
  • 7+ years’ experience managing managers
  • A solid understanding of networking, server and desktop technology and proven methods on providing innovative solutions to customers
  • Previous IT Infrastructure Operations, IT Service Management or IT Business Operations experience.
  • 7+ years ‘experience managing core IT Services such as Incident, Change and Problem Management
  • 7+ years leading IT Service Management/ ITSM teams. Experience with ITIL and building an IT Service Management Organization.
  • Prior Leadership experience in leading engineering or technical teams. Experience in operating global IT infrastructures.
