SharePoint Online - Support Manager-14 years+-Mumbai/Pune
Looking for a Support Manager with minimum of 14 years experience and 5+ years of experience of leading a team of SharePoint Online or older version.
Application support manager would play a leading role in coordinating and managing the troubleshooting of issues in the software applications within the organization.
He/ She will assist the applications supporting staff of company that is involved in solving application related issues for the end users.
Will also be responsible for providing foresight and bring in efficiencies to the current processes
Manage Application Risk compliance and manage internal and external audits
The Application Support Manager will apply ITIL methodology in the day-day project execution and follow the defined operating procedures for incident and problem management.
We will count on you to:
Delivery Management - Responsible for managing the Service Centre Support function.
Stakeholder management and relationship building – ensure open communication and appropriate information sharing, and build credibility in order to work effectively with various groups with varied and sometimes conflicting priorities
Business Analysis – Oversee the analysis of the business requirements
Project Planning – Plan and manage project staffing needs, timelines/schedules
Change management – ability to introduce, implement and manage all aspects of change, with teams and stakeholders, and communicate regularly and efficiently while complying with change management protocols
Communicating and Presenting – effectively communicate with stakeholders, securing approvals when needed, and keeping them abreast of progress and potential roadblocks, and present well-organized information (amount/relevance) to right people at the right time.
Risk management – analyze, anticipate and mitigate risk factors and work with the team and stakeholders to minimize risk.
Tracking – keep on top of all numbers and metrics to ensure an accurate picture of current state, inclusive of budget (revenue/cost)
People Management – keeping the team members motivated and aligned in their work and ensuring quality results at each step within the project lifecycle.
What you need to have:
More than 14+ Years of overall work experience.
5+ years of experience of leading a team of SharePoint Online or older version
Experience of handling migration projects from SP On premise to SP Online using various tools/ techniques
Handed large migration projects involving multiple geographies and vernacular support
Must have worked in Oracle Database, MS SQL, .NET, Mean stack technologies
Designing experience of Enterprise wide architecture for Content / Document Management Systems would be a plus
Must have people management experience and have led large teams (> 20 team size)
Knowledge Banking/ Finance / BFSI domain is mandatory
Technical background with hands-on development experience in the past
ITIL certification at Expert / Intermediate level
PMP/Prince2 certification with good project management skills and experience
