Position –Specialist– Seller Excellence -Delhi- 2+ years

Looking for a professional who has deep insights of the Seller excellence Ecommerce Logistics Industry specifically focusing on Last Mile Logistics

Location –Delhi (On-site)

Responsibilities –

  1. Seller Facing experience & Data analysis and interpretation

 

  1. Understanding of the seller issues and their resolutions

 

  1. Receiving and Promptly Responding to Customer Queries in coordination with relevant stakeholders

 

  1. Working with existing base of clients and to further enhance the overall panel experience

 

  1. Upholding the highest levels of integrity and customer service.

 

  1. Keeping records of customer interactions details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the business tool.

Requirements –

  1. Any Graduation/ Post-graduation

  2. Experience in Logistics & E-commerce is required

  3. good communication skills
