  • Independently set hiring strategies across the organization for multiple roles including tech, finance, HR, Product Management, Operations, and more
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process across Organization from sourcing to screening, interviewing, scheduling, background check, offer and providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Supporting Hiring Managers in crafting job descriptions, role profiling and understand each position's expectations and delivering in a timely manner.
  • Lead the onboarding phase through tech set-up, orientation, and culture integration for a great candidate experience
  • Publishing jobs in the right channels using the tools available to produce the best results. Source candidates and be a brand ambassador on relevant social networks and niche platforms across different disciplines with emphasis in technologies.
  • Acting as a true business partner to understand our department growth strategy and attracting and hiring the right talent. Handling the communication with high standards and ensure excellent experience for candidate and hiring manager.
  • Work with ATS, Job Boards and Behavioural/Cognitive Assessment to identify candidates and find potential

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of core recruitment experience required
  • Boolean search master
  • Experience in a consumer internet/ e-commerce/product/ start-up organization
  • Experience with multiple sourcing platforms is a must eg: LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of Operations, technology and product hiring
  • Aggressive approach to hiring and pushback to get things done
  • Fluent communication and people management skills is mandate
