Hiring for an opportunity of Sr. Sales Manager, in a fastest growing startup in India who is acting as an extended arm for big FMCG companies of India. The client is looking for a candidate having a 16+ years of experience in sales while handling the turnover of 100cr annually, extensive experience in mass distribution and increasing the pan coverage of the zone. The candidate who has lead & manage team would be a plus.

Achieving the revenue targets for the territory
Working with senior management in defining sales strategy and work on the execution plan
based on the defined strategy
Building, Leading and managing the Sales team for achievement of sales targets and reach as per the plan
Building a network of partners to supply FMCG goods and commodities to retail stores in his/her zone in both rural and semi urban areas
Managing the performance of the sales team by assigning them periodic targets
Conducting Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and on Yearly basis
Any Graduation/Post-graduation in Management.
Experience working with sales organization of FMCG companies is preferred
Strong experience in the domain of mass distribution
Should have the experience of increasing pan coverage and sale.
Experience of working with different stake holders and support teams spread across the country
