Responsibilities –

• Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture from ideation and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring.
• Architect and deliver Generative AI solutions including LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
• Design and productionize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models across NLP, Computer Vision, and recommendation systems.
• Build hybrid AI systems combining Generative AI with traditional ML/DL approaches for enterprise use cases.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices including model versioning, automated testing, drift detection, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to build scalable and reliable data pipelines and architectures.
• Establish CI/CD standards, documentation practices, and architectural governance for AI systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and validate solution hypotheses.
• Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation for faster innovation cycles.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and data scientists.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives including POCs, accelerators, workshops, and technical demonstrations.

Requirements –

• 10–14 years of overall experience with strong expertise in AI/ML system architecture.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning development.
• Strong experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Bedrock Agents, OpenAI SDK).
• Solid knowledge of ML algorithms and Deep Learning architectures for NLP and/or Computer Vision.
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, transfer learning, LoRA/QLoRA techniques.
• Strong Python programming skills with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, or ChromaDB.
• Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred); exposure to Azure OpenAI or Vertex AI is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and security best practices.
