Responsibilities
1. Architecting and deploying Google Dialog Flow/CCAI solutions, ensuring optimal scalability and performance.  
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate conversational AI solutions for various business domains.  
3. Providing strategic insights for improving customer interactions via advanced conversational analytics.  
4. Conducting requirement analysis, technical modeling, and crafting roadmaps and documentation for AI application lifecycles.  
5. Keeping pace with AI trends, ensuring cutting-edge technology adoption to enhance organizational offerings.

Requirements
1. A minimum of 9 years' experiencein software engineering, with at least 4+ years in Google Dialog Flow and CCAI. 
2. Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, conversation design, virtual agent architecture, and NLP integrations.  
3. Proven knowledge in cloud environments like **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** and associated tools.  
4. Strong grasp of REST APIs, JSON, and application integration.  
5. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
