Territory Sales Manager- FMCG/ Telecom Sales- 16+ Years’ Experience- (Multiple Locations)

Looking for a professional and passionate individual with 16+ years of Experience, working in a sales organization, preferably FMCG Companies. A professional who can build, lead and manage the Teams for the achievement of the Companies targets. The individual is expected to build a network of people who will be responsible for the sales of the FMCG goods and commodities in the Rural and Semi- urban regions.

Location: Varanasi/ Lucknow/ Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Hyderabad/ Secunderabad / Pune/ Jaipur

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the pulling off the revenue targets for the territory.

  • Working with the top management in building the strategy for the sales and also execute the strategy to obtain the desired results.

  • Analyzing the performance of the sales team and assigning them with periodic targets for the time.

  • Conducting Periodic review on the Progress of Business, i.e. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and on Yearly basis.

  • Forming a network of people as the partners to supply FMCG goods and commodities to the retail stores in the area.

  • The individual is expected to build the sales team and structure and be responsible for revenues in his/her state.

  • Individual understanding the customer needs and a good Communicator.

 

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate in Management with 16+ years of professional Experience.

  • The professional should preferably have experience in working with the sales team for a FMCG companies.

  • Should have a strong grasp in the domain of Mass Distribution of the products of the company.

  • Should be experienced enough to Cover the Pan areas and increase the sales.

  • Should be a great leader possessing the qualities like building his team, managing it and also helping enhance the team members.

  • Flexible and experienced in working with the Stake holders of the company.
