Manager - Internal Audit-SOX(4+ years)

Location: Bangalore
Your Future Employer: One of the world's largest insurance brokers, provides a full range of retail and wholesale (P/C) brokerage.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk-based audits, supporting the Audit Manager in the timely delivery of each audit assignment including
- Document the results of audit work in accordance with the internal requirements and IIA standards.
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with audit clients during the course of the audit process.
- Working with others or independently as determined by needs of the assignment; seek guidance and confirmation of progress as required.
- Completing assigned tasks within the allocated budgeted hours and escalate any challenges to complete the assigned tasks within the budgeted hours to the Audit Manager timely.
Requirements
- Qualified CA /MBA Finance having more than 4+ years of rich experience
- Basic understanding of professional audit standards, COSO, Sarbanes- Oxley and risk assessment practices
- Experience of managing team members
