Internal Audit Manager: US(6+ years)
Looking for a professional having at least 6 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Assessment including basic experience in SOX and COSO.
Location – Bangalore

Responsibilities –
Contributing to the development of the annual audit plan.
Managing, and on occasion executing, multiple audit assignments.
Reviewing and approve of the documented results of audit work to ensure compliance.
Reviewing and approval of Potential Audit findings, including distribution to the audit client for agreement.
Requirements –
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, finance or related field.
Minimum of six years of work experience in Internal Audit.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
Professional certification (accounting / auditing /industry).
