Zonal Marketing Manager
The Zonal Marketing Manager play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission - He/she will directly work with business leaders and team to ensure that the high standard brand awareness of Organisation.

Responsibilities: Handle complete Marketing for the Zone. Design localized/region specific campaigns, including activations, admission drives, content localization and field sales
enablement. Manage Zonal Markets, liaison with local players (rotary club etc.), event management. Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at zonal level in the areas of Market Development and Sales
Operation Identify success stories and replicate in other parts of the zone. Also share with HO for replication in other parts of India Understand user funnels and identify opportunity for improvement and suggest best practices that can be leveraged
across the team Requirements: 4-6 years’ experience in developing marketing strategies and implementation First principles problem solving, analytical skills and curiosity to solve business problems Has a creative bent of mind with an interest in generating customer insights Contributions to the Education industry desirable
Qualifications MBA from Tier 1/2 institute.
Skills and attributes: Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organized and efficient Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment Proficient with multiple technologies
