An incredibly great opportunity for a manager professional with 10+ years of experience in generating revenue for the organization with team management skills – managing periodic reviews for the team – building schemes for the team – good experience in FMCG domain.

Location: Multiple Locations

 

Responsibilities:

  • One should hold great experience in FMCG sector and Telecom sector.
  • One with revenue generations skills for the territory would be preferred.
  • One would be responsible for managing good team size.
  • Would be responsible for increasing coverage of their state by building strong network of distribution of FMCG products for rural areas.
  • One should have good experience of conducting periodic reviews for checking the progress of business along with that one should have great Prepaid sales experience. 
  • One would be responsible to build the sales team and responsible for revenues in their state.
  • Should have the experience of increasing pan coverage and sales. 

 

Requirements:

  • Would be responsible for managing monthly budget for the team.
  • One should have strong experience in the domain of sales.
  • Should have the experience of working with cross functional teams with stake holder management.
  • One should have great team management skills.
  • One should have active listening and negotiation skills.
