Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end UK Pensions Operations with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop teams, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for UK Pension schemes (DB/DC) and related regulatory processes.
  4. Drive operational improvements, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
  5. Handle stakeholder communication and support business continuity across shifts.
  6. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and audit requirements.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of overall experience with mandatory expertise in UK Pensions Operations; candidates with any graduate qualification are eligible to apply.
  2. Currently working at Assistant Manager level or equivalent.
  3. Proven people management and team leadership experience.
  4. Strong understanding of UK pension regulations, processes, and administration lifecycle.
  5. Ability to work in rotational/UK shifts in a hybrid model.
  6. Candidates should be available to join within a maximum notice period of 60 days.
