This information includes resumes, work history, employment and references. As a general matter, we only collect sensitive personal data when it is necessary for us to do so.

We use your personal data to match your skills, experience and education with a potential employer.

We do not generally seek to collect sensitive information through this site or otherwise. In the limited cases where we do seek to collect such information, we will do this in accordance with information privacy law requirements and/or ask for your consent.

In the event that we have to transfer your sensitive information, we shall ensure that the recipient has the same level of information protection as Crescendo Global and it is necessary for the performance of our contract or you have given your consent. 

Under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information or Information) Rules, “sensitive personal information or information” is defined to include password, financial information, physical, physiological and mental health condition; medical records, biometric information (fingerprints or facial patterns) and sexual preferences or practices. Crescendo Global will provide the purpose for the collection and only be disclosed with your consent.

 Option to share personal information

Your decision to provide any personal information to us is voluntary. You will therefore not be subject to adverse consequences if you do not wish to provide us with your personal information. However, please note that if you do not provide certain information, we may not be able to accomplish some or all of the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, and you may not be able to use certain tools and systems which require the use of such personal information.

If you register to receive news, events and alerts, or reports, you can always withdraw your consent and opt-out from receiving further communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in each email.

You can also delete the cookies from your device at any time via the browser settings.

 We share your personal information with the client who has a position to fill, in order to determine with the client whether you are a good fit for the available position.

We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
