- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for volume hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to ensure timely and quality hires
- Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and career growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in volume hiring and talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment projects
- Strong understanding of diversity recruiting best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
