Associate/Sr. Associate - RSC Implementation - Data management - (5+ Years)
Looking for an Associate level (601) candidate who will be part of a high performing team of data management professionals focused on delivering innovative data management solutions to Corporate Finance stakeholders.

Partner with senior stakeholders (i.e., Asset Class Controllers, Product Controllers, FERCs, and P&A) and BM&A leadership team to support the delivery the following data capabilities for a prioritized book of product-aligned work
Understanding of BASEL standards, guidelines, policies and procedures & make decisions that are effective and well-grounded based on guidelines, policies, and insights
Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of data and develop well-reasoned recommendations to identify Financial Institution required for Capital Tier 1 calculations
Face off to Compliance, BM&A, FRRA, Liquidity and other stakeholders to resolve exceptions and obtain approvals where necessary
Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers& effectively address any issues that might be escalated by either internal customers or CCP's.
Document process flows, SOPs, Track and update changes and analyse changes in a timely manner and consistence with Firm's standards
Hands-on experience on data analytics tools like SQL, Alteryx and Tableau
Drive, build and deliver queries using Analytics tools based on requirements from Governance/ Steering Committee within the given SLA
5-10 years of project experience required, with particular focus in the data space highly preferred
Strong core finance technical skills and solid understanding of finance processes, infrastructure and systems
Outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time
Strong hands on in MS excel for data analysis, SQL or any database query language
Strong understanding of Credit / Rates / Equity Derivatives products & BASEL Regulatory reporting preferred
Comfortable liaising with onshore teams and other remote Team members
Able to critically challenge with the goal of identifying control issues and process improvement opportunities.
