This is a key account-facing role focused on achieving sales targets, building long-term partnerships, and coordinating operational processes.

Responsibilities-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Corporates and Corporate Brokers.
- Act as the Key Relationship Manager for assigned partners.
- Handle end-to-end corporate client and broking engagements.
- Develop and manage databases for existing and potential corporate clients.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through relationship-based selling.
- Retain and grow business with and other key accounts.
- Coordinate client connect activities and oversee the month-end closing process.
Requirements-
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in insurance or broking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling sales targets and customer retention.
- Ability to manage client servicing operations and internal coordination effectively.
