An excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join as AVP – Process and Quality Improvement in a leading health insurance organization. The role focuses on enhancing quality, efficiency, and compliance in health claims processing through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Ideal for candidates with proven expertise in process optimization, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement within the health insurance domain.

Responsibilities -

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control frameworks to enhance accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in health claims processing.
2. Monitoring, auditing, and analysing claim data to identify errors, root causes, and opportunities for corrective action and process improvement.
3. Applying Lean Six Sigma principles, leading DMAIC projects, and conducting process analyses such as Value Stream Mapping and FMEA to optimize workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies.
4. Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining thorough documentation for audits, and proactively managing risks to prevent compliance issues.
5. Collaborating and liaising with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to drive process enhancements, training initiatives, and performance improvement plans.

Requirements -

1. Six Sigma certification with proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies.
2. Significant experience in the health insurance domain, particularly in health claims processing.
3. Strong expertise in quality assurance, process optimization, and Lean Six Sigma tools.
4. Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including IRDAI and HIPAA.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
