Business Analyst-(1-3 years)
A role of Business Analyst with One of the renowned Fintech Organization.
Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Analyze and develop models to drive data-backed decisions and support the management team with deep insights
Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trends and results independently, translate and communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders
Work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment.
Sharp in finding insights by modeling data across the various platforms including Zoho CRM, SQL, Bigquery, Excel, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute
2+ Years of experience in a relevant role
Ability to handle & build for cross-functional data requirements/interactions with teams
Expertise in SQL, Excel, or any other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
Working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Datastudio, etc)
Good to have:
Background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS.
Analytical skill: The ability to form and test hypotheses using data from SQL queries, user funnels, Mix Panel/Google Analytics/any other tool is a must.
