We are looking out for a business head coming in from a diverse manufacturing background or carrying experience into consulting with manufacturing clients.
You will be playing the role of a strategic operations leader driving the end-to-end operations, manufacturing business P&L, turnarounds, & identifying avenues for expansion of existing and upcoming assets.

Responsibilities -
Providing strategic operational leadership at pan-India manufacturing units.
Undertaking cost optimization initiatives.
Overseeing production management, resource management, quality assurance, inventory management and safety.
Budgeting and forecasting to manage end-to-end P&L of all manufacturing units.
Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies which are aligned with the organization's long-term vision.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, optimize costs and increase the output.
Requirements -
Post-Graduation with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or a consulting organization.
Strong techno-commercial acumen.
Strong leadership & organizational skills.
Excellent communication & people management skills.
Undertake work related travel visiting domestic plants locations.
