Responsibilities 

1. Develop and interpret complex financial models for real estate projects and investments. 
2. Conduct comprehensive due diligence and business analysis to present data-driven insights. 
3. Lead or contribute to project management focusing on timelines and successful delivery of client objectives. 
4. Build and deliver compelling pitch decks and investment memos for internal and external stakeholders. 
5. Engage in strategic problem-solving and design presentations to support business growth. 
6. Collaborate with and mentor your team to ensure accountability and foster professional growth. 
7. Efficiently manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment. 

Requirements 

1. Minimally, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus. 
2. At least 2+ years of experience in real estate advisory or a similar discipline. 
3. Strong expertise in financial modelling, business analysis, and presenting investment opportunities. 
4. Proven experience in project management and working with diverse stakeholders. 
5. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a keen business acumen. 
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for team leadership and mentorship.
