Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Syniti ADM/ADMM to lead complex SAP ERP data migration initiatives. The role requires deep technical knowledge, architecture ownership, and strong customer-facing skills to deliver end-to-end data migration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP ERP data migration projects using ETL-based extract, transform, validate, and reconcile approaches

• Own the E2E data migration solution, working closely with ERP functional consultants

• Define overall data migration architecture from discovery through go-live

• Drive data migration strategy for environment and infrastructure planning

• Translate business requirements into technical data migration solutions

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders in a client-facing role

Required Skills & Experience

• 11+ years of overall experience in data migration projects

• 5+ years of experience leading SAP ERP data migration as an Architect

• Strong hands-on experience with Syniti ADM / ADMM

• Excellent understanding of the ERP Data Migration lifecycle, estimation, and planning

• Proficiency with industry-standard ETL tools (Syniti preferred)

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer interaction skills

Good to Have

• Prior Data Migration Program Management experience
