Executive/Senior Executive- Contracts (Legal)-Pune
Opportunity for LLB graduates who have 3+ years of experience working as in-house lawyer with excellence in Contract Management & Negotiation.
Candidates who have handled Commercial Contracts would be preferred.

Responsibilities:
Drafting, vetting, negotiating, and standardizing commercial agreements, vendor agreements, HR agreements, supplier agreements, agreements relating to branding, marketing, NDAs, and all agreements pertaining to the Company.
Researching and opining on any legal/ compliance matter pertaining to the Company including general corporate matters, changes in the regulatory regime or laws applicable to the Company.
Collaborating and liaise with clients and internal departments.
Ensuring implementation of commercial contracts and in-house compliance.
Understand business priorities and products / solutions and be solution oriented in business discussions.
Developing strong working partnerships with other key stakeholders across the business (e.g., business teams, finance, marketing and HR).
Requirements:
LLB with excellent credentials.
Minimum 2-3 years of exposure as an in-house lawyer in any industry (managing contracts reviews and negotiations);
Experience in drafting, negotiating, vetting, and advising on commercial contracts.
Proficient in legal drafting with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills. High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
