HR Manager – 9+Years – Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities -

  1. HR Strategy & Leadership Partner
    Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals and act as a strategic advisor to leadership.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead
    Manage end-to-end recruitment (national & international) and ensure timely manpower fulfillment.
  3. Employee Relations & Engagement Champion
    Foster a positive work culture and handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management.
  4. Performance & Capability Development Owner
    Lead performance management, training, and career development initiatives.
  5. HR Operations, Compliance & Governance Head
    Ensure HR policies, compliance, HRIS accuracy, payroll, and benefits administration.

Requirements -

  1. 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4+ years in a managerial or leadership role handling end-to-end HR functions.
  2. Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.
  3. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies, with the ability to manage audits and governance.
  4. Hands-on experience with HR operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and HR analytics/reporting.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
