An exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities –

1. Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and drive strategic HR initiatives.

2. Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning across functions.

3. Design and execute engagement and culture-building initiatives that strengthen organizational values.

4. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.

5. Collaborate with HR Ops and Payroll to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and policy adherence.

Requirements –

1. MBA/PGDM in HR with 6–10 years of HRBP experience in fast-paced or operational environments.

2. Proven ability to partner with business teams and influence decision-making through data insights.

3. Strong understanding of HR processes including performance management, L&D, and talent engagement.

4. Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with high emotional intelligence.

5. Hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and managing organizational change.
