Responsibilities:

• Playing critical role in developing C&B policies

• Conducting C&B audits and implementing necessary controls to fix the gaps

• Salary benchmarking and proposing grid for new positions

• Handling salary increment process

• Administerating benefits and providing monthly inputs for payroll processing

• Participating in market surveys, analysing the report and making recommendations to the management

• Atively involved in C&B projects for the organisation

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline. MBA in HR preferred

2. Min. 4 years of experience in C&B function

3. Certification in C&B related courses would be an added advantage
