Conducting C&B audits and implementing necessary controls to fix the gaps
Salary benchmarking and proposing grid for new positions
Handling salary increment process
Administerating benefits and providing monthly inputs for payroll processing
Participating in market surveys, analysing the report and making recommendations to the management
Atively involved in C&B projects for the organisation
Graduate in any discipline. MBA in HR preferred
Min. 4 years of experience in C&B function
Certification in C&B related courses would be an added advantage
