Job Title- Lead Analyst- Leveraged Finance- Credit Analysis

Summary- Undertaking research and analysis of an entity through thorough assessment of its credit strengths and weakness and weighing its business and financial risk profile.

Responsibilities-

1. Undertake ABL portfolio monitoring – ABL assessment notes and collateral monitoring
2. Prepare quarterly financial spreads and memos
3. Prepare opinion based annual credit risk reports and financial spreads based on fundamental analysis for a set of assigned credits/companies

1. Undertaking research and analysis of an entity through thorough assessment of its credit strengths and weakness and weighing its business and financial risk profile.
2. Preparing a detailed credit assessment report and elaborately discuss the company profile and credit risk considerations.
3. Preparing and updating detailed financial models encompassing financial analysis, capital structure analysis, calculation of key credit quality determinants and financial projections
