Manager/Sr. Manager – HRBP – Chennai (9+ Years)
Job opportunity for Manager Sales HR Business Partner, in this role you will be managing end – to – end HR activities for a Sales Insurance vertical.

Responsibilities:
Planning manpower, attrition control and retention enhancement measures for sales team
Managing the complete performance cycle of sales team and creating performance enhancement strategies
Creating and rolling out of effective employee engagement programs, in line with central HR Strategy
Leading talent management initiatives for the channel
Be the torchbearer for culture & values in the channel
Providing specialist coaching, support & influence that enables key Business deliverables.
Requirements:
Experience of 9+ years in a strategic sales HRBP role with result orientation
Preferably an MBA in Human Resource from premium institute
Self-Starter with strong problem-solving skills
Effectively managing multiple stakeholders
Familiar with digital platform and Business enablement
Effective Communication skills, Adaptability and Open to travel
