An end-to-end streamlining logistics network that ensures business can move faster and do more with their in-house technology enabled platforms. They have carrier matching (marketplace) platform which connects Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) with carrier partner.


  • Revenue orientation: Own the revenue of the Carrier Matching (Marketplace).
  • Growth & BD: Responsible to lead the GTM team to grow demand, Logistics Service Providers looking to logistics for freight movement. Work with the product team to create a seamless onboarding, discovery and transaction experience to the customers. Work with data to understand customer needs and define the customer strategy and pricing.
  • Identify and increase the synergies between our software and carrier-matching (marketplace) business to drive business outcomes
  • Platform: Facilitate design of a scalable Carrier Matching (marketplace) integration and operations platform, working in close collaboration with product and technology teams.
  • Operations: Drive successful Carrier Matching (marketplace) performance through optimum route planning, pricing and negotiations.
  • Customer Experience: Drive close collaboration with the carriers network and customer service to deliver great end-to-end customer experience.
  • Team Management: Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success.
  • Strategy: Formulating the AOP growth strategy, and three-year business vision for the charter.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing marketplace operations, while navigating the complexities of a high-intensity ecosystem.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Past impact experience with early-stage Carrier Matching / Marketplace building experience (0 to 10) in a leadership role with Revenue ownership
  • Exposure to high operations ecosystem - Proven track record of driving growth and success within fast-paced operational environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Proven track record in leading GTM – defining targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Competencies – problem-solving, strategic mindset, ability to make decisions in the absence of complete data, people management, self-driven, resourceful
  • Understanding of the logistics/ supply chain industry
  • Strong understanding of technology and product development processes
  • Good to have: Enterprise sales experience
