Key Responsibilities –

• Design and optimize aerospace manufacturing processes, using CAD tools, GD&T, and defining tooling/fixtures.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Drive cost reduction and cycle time improvements through innovation, root cause analysis, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness, manage quality assurance, and uphold confidentiality, integrity, and sustainability practices.
• Contribute to organizational excellence through risk management, team development, compliance, and safe working practices.

Requirements –

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing industries (for Degree holders)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing industries (for Diploma holders)
• Hands-on expertise in engineering processes and standards
• Strong background in aerospace components or precision manufacturing environments
