Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Academic Manager from the education sector with strong exposure to curriculum implementation, teacher training, and academic quality audits. The role requires hands-on academic leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive consistent learning outcomes across multiple centers. Ideal candidates will bring 2–7 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting schools in curriculum implementation and academic supervision
2. Ensuring quality lesson delivery and classroom effectiveness
3. Planning and conducting teacher training and induction programs
4. Preparing training, audit, and academic quality reports
5. Visiting centers for academic audits and quality assessments
6. Suggesting strategies for improving academic efficiency and effectiveness
7. Coaching and mentoring teachers to enhance learning outcomes

Requirements:

1. 2–7 years of relevant experience in academic management or training
2. Experience in Pre-School, K-12, or organized education setups
3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage audits, reports, and academic documentation
5. Willingness to travel across assigned locations
6. Qualification: M.Ed / B.Ed / Graduate / Post Graduate / EECD
