We are seeking a Data Analyst specializing in HR and Talent Analytics. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and visualization to drive business insights and value in the HR domain.
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore

Responsibilities:
Work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Extract, cleanse, and transform relevant HR data to generate insights.
Utilize data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques.
Review and validate HR and talent data as it’s collected.
Oversee data deployment to the data warehouse.
Collaborate with the IT department for software and hardware upgrades.
Monitor analytics and metrics results related to HR data.
Implement new data analysis methodologies.
Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
Requirements:
Technical Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience for non-technical degree holders.
Strong MS PowerBI skills.
Experience in HR & Talent Data and Analytics domain.
Excellent knowledge of SQL and good MS Excel skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, business analysis, and database management.
Good knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good to have knowledge of Python & R.
