Responsibilities:
- Sourcing profiles from various job platforms.
- Interacting with candidates to gather detailed information.
- Scheduling interviews and ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition processes.
- Filtering candidates according to job descriptions.
- Overseeing the successful onboarding of selected candidates.
What you need to have:
- Full-time MBA from a premium college.
- 2+ years of TA-Sourcing experience
- High proficiency in English and Hindi.
- MUST be highly proficient in searching profiles on Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster.com, iimjobs.com, etc.
