Responsibilities: 

  1. Sourcing profiles from various job platforms.
  2. Interacting with candidates to gather detailed information.
  3. Scheduling interviews and ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition processes.
  4. Filtering candidates according to job descriptions.
  5. Overseeing the successful onboarding of selected candidates.

 

What you need to have: 

  1. Full-time MBA from a premium college. 
  2. 2+ years of TA-Sourcing experience
  3. High proficiency in English and Hindi.
  4. MUST be highly proficient in searching profiles on Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster.com, iimjobs.com, etc.
