We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for a global analytics practice. Responsibilities

1. Lead complete email marketing lifecycle — from planning and audience segmentation to testing, execution, and optimization.
2. Manage and execute campaigns using Braze (or similar CRM tools).
3. Partner with analytics, design, and product teams to enhance engagement and conversions.
4. Oversee template design, compliance, and unsubscribe management.
5. Conduct A/B testing and personalization to improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
7. Stay up to date with evolving sports industry engagement trends and fan lifecycle strategies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
2. 7+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in email marketing.
3. Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation tools.
4. Strong understanding of CRM, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
5. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-handling skills.
6. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
7. Prior exposure to sports marketing or fan engagement is a plus.
